I had a wonderful week at Diani Reef Resort. The highlight was definitely the warmth of the staff who made us feel at home. The location is simply stunning with direct beach access and the rooms offered beautiful views. However, the dining experience in some areas could be improved and I did notice some room updates are needed. Overall, it was a great vacation with a few small areas for enhancement.
Our stay at the resort was quite a mix of highs and lows. While the beachfront was stunning and the staff attentive, our overall experience was marred by some disappointing aspects, particularly with service and the cleanliness of facilities. Nonetheless, the variety in dining and attention to our child's needs made for memorable moments during our visit.
