pleasant hotel stay
helpful staff quick fix many options clean beach
i found the staff helpful . they fixed a minor issue in my room quickly. the breakfast buffet offered many options. i enjoyed the beach access and found it clean.
the gym equipment looked a bit worn.

great beachfront stay!
attentive staff replenished water great food arranged taxi
the staff were attentive and really helpful with everything i needed. i liked the four bottles of complimentary water that were replenished daily in my room. the food tasted great, and it did not upset my stomach. the hotel arranged my taxi from the airport and i was not charged extra, even though my flight was delayed.
the gym was not well maintained and was disorganized. some machines were out of service, disappointing.

My room had air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a tv. They all worked well. the bed had fresh, clean sheets every day. my room was close to sea level, so it was only a short walk to the beach.

the hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. the hotel had its own shopping arcade with a selection of snacks, beach clothes, and medication. i got massages daily at the maya health spa. the beach had enough sunbeds and beach towels.

The team ensured check-in was smooth and quick. the staff are very kind. I appreciated the help i got. i secure hotel at this hotel.

beach security water polo broken lift drain smell
the hotel maasai security patrolled the beach. they kept vendors away, which i thought was great. the kids loved the playground. water polo was a fun daily activity.
the hotel didn't repair the broken lift . we had to climb two floors to reach the restaurant, inconvenient. the bathroom drains had a rotten egg smell every morning. i did report this, twice.
